How does the pricing work for resellers?

You pay a flat monthly fee per client tenant and set your own pricing — the margin is entirely yours. No royalties or revenue share. Volume tiers apply: 1–4 clients at $199/mo, 5–9 clients at $169/mo, and 10+ clients at $149/mo each.

How many clients can I manage?

Each subscription covers one client tenant and there is no cap on how many you can run. Your rate drops automatically as you grow: $199/mo for your first 4, $169/mo from 5 to 9, and $149/mo for 10 or more.

Will my clients know they're using FaceClok?

Not if you choose not to. You have two options: use a faceclok.com subdomain (e.g. acme.faceclok.com) for instant setup at no extra cost, or point your own custom domain (e.g. clock.yourcompany.com) for complete white-label invisibility — a one-time setup fee of $149 applies. In both cases your logo, brand colors, and PDF reports carry your identity — not ours.

What support do resellers receive?

When you sign up a new client, simply send us their details and we handle the full provisioning — subdomain, logo, branding, and credentials — within one business day. You handle first-line support for your clients; we back you up for technical issues.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No contracts. Each tenant subscription is month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime. You only pay for active client tenants.
